What the ranking is
The TOP-10 is an editorial order. Typical checks: claimed licence, cashier methods named on the page, how bonus rules are written, and whether deposit or withdrawal limits are stated in the open.
Affiliate commissions do not buy a row. A brand that pays nothing can still be described. A brand that pays can still be criticised.
